1.- Introduction Once the key steps are designed, each partner will apply them to a sample of between 2 and 5 teachers that will participate voluntarily in the project. The objectives are:

1.To check if key steps were used by teachers, and if the process was easy. 2.Impact on the students, and instruments to assess it.

Students and teachers should be from Secondary Education. Belgium carried out the pilot study in primary education, therefore data is not integrated in this report, and can be read as country report.

These teachers will hold one meeting a week for an hour with the trainers for a period of 6 weeks, during the experimental process. These meetings will be at school and results and feelings will be checked. Data about key steps application will be collected. Teachers selected should spend at least 3 hours in the class weekly, and teachers must select five children, according to academic achievement or behavioural problems, always taking mixed abilities into account. The five children will be: two students from the top, one from the middle, and two from the bottom. Before and after the intervention, the students' social success, school motivation, school adjustment, and self-esteem will be evaluated using a Pre-test/Post-test assessment design.
