1.- Create the GOLDEN5 programme, which includes Golden Areas and key steps designed to stimulate students to develop positive attribution to them.

2.- To do an IMPLEMENTATION: Teachers will be trained to improve their educational strategies, and encouraging starting implementing Golden5 key steps in their classes. Teacher training courses, and educational materials will be developed.

3.- Evaluate the RESULTS: The GOLDEN5 implementation will be carrying on in a systematic process that will help us to evaluate the impact on teachers and students. An impact evaluation will take place with a pre-posttest design, and with results from teachers and students.

4.- Set up a GOLDEN NET: teachers and school are invited to participate in the project, either asking for a course or starting using the tutorial that will help them.

5.- Provide the www.golden5.org as a page with educational resources and a tutorial that can help teachers and students.
